Return and refunds

The platform operates on a B2B basis, so returning or exchanging goods is only possible if the goods have manufacturing defects or are defective.

To return or exchange a defective item(s):

Return process.

• Fill out the return form, which you put in the package together with the returned product or send it to us by e-mail
• Pack the item(s) and send them to us at: UAB Drabužių Oazė, Leičių st. 9-16, LT-12109 Vilnius.
• We will transfer the money to you within 7 days of receiving the package.

Return/Exchange Policy

  • You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.

    Items must be returned within 14 days. Contact us by phone +370 67533453 or e-mail and we will provide all the information on what to do next. We will try to solve the situation as soon as possible and we will really try so that you do not regret ordering goods from us.

  • Returned goods must be in their original and undamaged packaging;

    All goods are sent in their original packaging. Packages must be undamaged.

  • The goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;

    If the product is intact, then the product can be returned or exchanged.

  • The goods must not lose their commercial appearance;

    The product cannot be worn or otherwise used, it cannot be repaired, it must not lose its commercial value, it must remain with all tags attached. This clause does not apply in case of return of defective product. Changes to the appearance of the product or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the product, cannot be considered essential changes to the appearance of the product
